(weekends most desirable, some weekday evenings) This house is in the perfect location with the cafes, restaurants and bars of East Passyunk are all less than 10 min walk away (coffee, brunch, dinner and your late night outings are taken care of). You can also access public transit within minutes to get to Center City, Temple or your favorite sporting event or concert in South Philly. It's less than 5 min walk to the Tasker Morris Station on the Broad Street Line and even less to the #2 bus line that goes down 16th street into Center City and returns on 17th street. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with hardwood or tile floors throughout. 1st floor has an open concept with the kitchen and access to a private patio at the rear of the house. It's a great space for entertaining and sitting around the kitchen table. 2nd floor consists of a large master bedroom (with a lot of natural light and space for a large bed and additional furniture), 2nd bedroom (also with a lot of natural light and can fit at least a full sized bed and some storage furniture), and the bathroom (with shower/tub). Washer and Dryer are in the basement (which is dry and can be used for storage or a workout space). I'm fair and honest and looking for the same in a renter. Last three tenants have stayed multiple years and enjoyed the neighborhood.
