We hope to rent 2 bedrooms in our very pleasant home to 2 male students, ideally 2 friends wanting to live in a shared space but with private rooms.… You would have access to the well furnished kitchen and living room, as well as your private furnished bedroom and bathroom shared only by those 2 tenants. All on the main floor, front door or back door entrance. Off road parking available. We are about 2 miles west of TTU in Cookeville. Large back yard, deck, and plenty of space to hang out when not in classes or working. Large home; large lot. 162 sq. ft. - blue room in back; 147sq.ft. yellow room in front; 1620 sq. ft. total for upstairs shared space. Non-smokers only. $550 monthly each person.
