Propane for the grills is usually provided by the guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The property can accommodate a maximum of 16+ guests. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately.
