Newly Renovated House built in aprox 2009 Aprox. 1685 Square Ft. 4 Bedroom /3.5 Baths All appliances are included. (Stove, Refrig, Microwave, Garbage Disposal, washer, dryer). 2-storey. Solid Hickory hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms. All bedrooms have direct access bath. Walk-in pantry. Custom varishade window coverings. Private fenced patio. Covered extended front porch. Garage storage room. (Car garage not included.) The rent is $3,500 a month. Utilities not included in the rent. These have been running an average of approx.$55-$75 per student per month at this location. First and last months rent, prorated, as well as a security deposit of $1,500 per student, is due at lease signing. These fees must be paid in cash. All monies received will always be receipted at the time of payment. Each student will fill out their own individual application. Each must have a cosigner... Parent, grandparent, etc. that will act as payment guarantor for each student. Applications will not be run without accompanying funds. Application fees are $75 per each student's application form. We run the background on the student, Credit ck on the cosigner. (Credit score must exceed 700 to be eligible.) We run only one group of applicants at a time, so be sure and get all 4 of these right back to us if you are truly interested. We run them as a group once all forms and fees are received. Application fees must be submitted with your completed application form. Remember to leave nothing blank, and be sure both parties sign and date. Applications with any blank lines will be returned to be completed. When returning the application please be sure that you submit it on a single page with the signatures on page one. You can email me the application and send us your application fee by Venmo or Google Pay if you wish, or hand deliver the application along with $75 in cash if you prefer. The house will not be considered secured by you until the Lease is signed and your monies paid. Application turnaround is usually 4 days. Lease will be made available as soon as qualified applicants have been selected and notified.
