Main Level: Sun-drenched open kitchen and living area. This space is open ceiling two floors for a spacious feel. Built in bookshelves are above in the loft bedroom. The kitchen includes stove, oven, refridgerator and storage cabinets for food.
The second bedroom downstaris is a flexible lounge/media space. It has a full closet with mirrors. Sunshine comes into the windows in the morning. A washer/dryer combo is available in the downstairs room. You can also use the onsite community laundry room as well.

Cats allowed, small dog considered depending on dog. This home is located in the coveted Leucadia neighborhood of Encinitas. It's an amazing location and the house is well loved and has good energy. I'm looking for long term renters who will care for it and enjoy its unique charms.
