Our rental is fully furnished and is available for shorter rental terms of approximately two to four months. Please inquire to see if our availability fits your needs. We may be able to accommodate shorter or longer stays. Our ADU was built in 2025 and offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. Located minutes from some of Olympias popular walking trails, public transportation, and shopping, its the ideal retreat for nature lovers, business travelers, and weekend explorers. Step inside to enjoy an open, airy floor plan with brand-new furnishings and plenty of natural light. You'll be close to parks, bus lines, cafes, grocery stores, and all that West Olympia has to offer. The loft bedroom includes a king size Casper mattress. The loft and primary sleeping area are accessed via a ship's stair-ladder. This is steeper than traditional stairs. You must go down the stairs backwards (like a ladder). There is one bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a spa-like experience with the Kohler HydroRail rain-shower head with a separate hand-shower sprayer. We have an on-demand hot water system, so you'll never run out of hot water! Parking: - We have one on-site parking spot for small to medium sized vehicles and is accessed via the alley. Otherwise there is free street parking. EV charging info: - Unlimited use included with rent. - The EV charger is available at the on-site parking spot for small to medium vehicles accessed via the alley. - Can charge Tesla's and non-Tesla's. The charger is J1772, but we also have a Tesla adapter. - Level two charging at 32amps. Living room: - Wi-Fi is provided by Xfinity internet with about 700mbps download speed and about 40mbps upload speed. - We have a 50" Google LCD TV. We provide access to Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Netflix, Apple TV and Peacock. Kitchen: - The kitchen includes filtered water, icemaker, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, pots, pans, utensils, coffeemaker (drip, with filters provided), and toaster. Also in the kitchen is a washer/dryer combo unit. Trails within walking distance: - Garfield Nature Trail, which is great for a short walk to the bay. Enjoy exploring the beach and enjoying the wildlife. About a 5-minute walk to the trailhead. - West Bay trail system. About an 8-minute walk to the closest trailhead. Parks nearby: - West Bay Park, which is at the end of the Garfield Nature Trail, about a 13-minute walk. - Woodruff Park, about a 10-minute walk. Here you'll find a spray-park (open seasonally). This also includes tennis courts and pickleball courts. - Sunrise Park, about a 10-minute walk. Here you'll find a large field to play catch, a basketball court, as well as nice playground. - West Central Park, about a 14-minute walk. At West Central you'll find food, craft vendors, live music, food trucks, kids craft activities, and a farmer's market. Please check their website for a schedule of events and activities. - Isthmus Park, about a 25-minute walk, has a bike ramp during the summer months and an ice rink during the winter months. - Many more parks but not necessarily walking distance.
