Lease terms

Short term winter seasonal lease only (Sept 15 - May 15). Owner pays water. All other utilities are shared and run about $125 in winter & $75 in summer. Gas is shared with one other unit. Electricity is shared with 3 other units (will be two at some point 2 are measured as one unit). Shared utilities are split according to agreement which may be updated time to time. No smoking allowed in unit nor outside where it may affect other tenants (i.e. if another tenant is bothered by your smoke then you'll need to smoke of property). Studio is semi-furnished. Kitchen is a covered outdoor setup with stove (nonoven yet) BBQ with a side burner. Bathroom is shared with other tenants & has shower, toilet & sink (hot nn cold water). There is also a cold water farm sink just outside back door of the the cabin. There is natural gas heat. This is a short term lease and is from first date of occupancy until May 15th, 2027. First month rent & deposit required to move in. Must complete the Zillow application, have credit score above 650 & be able to prove income sufficient to pay rent.
