Lease terms

A pet is allowed with an additional $1,000 non-refundable deposit. Pet must be house/litter box trained and renter must provide a letter removing the property owner of any liability for pet's behaviors towards others (biting, agressive behavior, etc).Utilities are free for first three months, shared with the upstairs tenant after free period. This is a non- smoking house. Smoking (tobacco and marijuana) is allowed outside only, tenants must understand that this house is near a nature researve. Cigarette butts must be deposed of responsibly (in water, not on the ground). Smoking inside the house could be grounds for breaking the lease. Tenants are not allowed to grow marijuna on the property. Subleasing for any period is not allowed. All inhabitants of the resident must be included in or added to the annual lease (at the landlords discretion). Other terms, including disclosures required by law will be provided in the final lease.
