Lease terms

Lease agreement is for 1 year. Rent is due on the first of every month and must be made with either a check or cashiers check. Any payments made after the 5th of the month is subject to a $10/day fee until the payment is made in full. Renter is responsible for the following utilities and services: - Water and Sewer - Trash Collection and Recycle - Electricity - Natural Gas - Internet/Cable No animals are allowed on property unless properly identified with certification for service training. No smoking or vaping of any substance will be allowed in the home or on property. Possession of illegal substances on the property is an automatic eviction and renter forfeits their deposit. No painting or altering of the home in anyway is permitted. Lawn maintenance fee of $100 a month is optional for tenants who wish to use this service. A washer and dryer may be supplied for aa appliance fee of $35 a month. Landlord has access to the property at all times but will notify tenants no later than 24 hours prior to accessing the property.
