This property will be available by 06/09/2026. I will consider holding it until 7/1, 7/15, or 8/1 as long as all qualifications are met. I prefer Good Credit and / or Good Rental History, Clean Background Check, and Verifiable Income to pay rent. I will definitely consider a fair credit score with good rental history and verifiable income. I will also consider lower credit scores as long as someone agrees to pay two months deposit, $2500, plus the first month's rent on the move in date. Renter pays all utilities and maintains the small yard by cutting the grass. No smoking in the home allowed! This unit is a two story, stair climbing required. I prefer dogs. I may consider a cat as long as all other qualifications are met. I probably will not consider multiple cats. I will also not rent to anyone that has dogs that are on an aggressive list according to some insurance companies due to insurance purposes. PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER CURRENT TENANTS by knocking on the door at the property! Sorry, there will be no virtual tours, Facetime, or other video call showings.
