Conveniently situated on a quiet and safe street near Biscayne Bay, this apartment is just a 15-minute walk to Lincoln Road Mall. It offers easy access to Miami Beach living in a small, private building close to the water and the city center. Check-in is at 4pm, with an option for an early 12pm check-in for a $65 fee, subject to availability. Due to South Florida's tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced, with a $500 penalty for violations. Any damages or stains to linens will incur an additional charge not covered by the cleaning fee. Daily cleaning is not included; only a one-time check-out cleaning is provided. Management staff may access the unit in case of emergencies. Please do not attempt to repair any issues yourself.
