Owner pays $50 of utility bill each month. Owner maintains the lawn. There is a separate guest house apartment on the property, in the backyard, that is also rented out, but the tenants will not be responsible for or have access to this apartment. Two small pets are allowed and a $250 non-refundable pet fee is required for pets (dogs are not allowed to be unattended in the backyard as the back house tenants come and go through the backyard). Driveway parking is for main house tenants and not the back house tenants. No smoking allowed. The tenant(s) will pay a one month refundable deposit, for damages, when signing the lease.
