IMPORTANT Rent includes utilities. Move Fee-In (non-refundable): $350.00, if on Saturday $550. Move Fee-Out (non-refundable): $350.00, if on Saturday $550. Move Deposit (refundable): $250.00. Tenant must co-ordinate move-in with Front Desk, but Owner is happy to assist. When packages arrive, residents are sent an e-mail to pick up their package from the front-desk area. Trash chutes are on each floor. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor. All maintenance issues will be resolved by the owner through contractors approved by the owner only. Cable and Internet - Xfinity, RCN, and Starry. Temperature should be kept within range 65-80 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not turn on the A/C until the building notifies you that it is safe to do so (typically during May to October). Never keep windows open whilst HVAC units are on. If windows are opened for extended period of time, then turn HVAC units off. If your unit will be vacant during the winter for a prolonged period, leave the heat on at the lowest setting to avoid frozen pipes. Street parking only. No smoking is permitted. The roof deck is open from 7 am until 12 midnight. The west side of the roof deck may be reserved for small parties from 6 pm until 12 midnight, for a maximum of thirty people. $75.
