This house is still occupied. Tenants will agree to show beginning August 1st. As property manager, I will always give them 48 hours notice.… This home borders Fairwood Greens Community and is close to Fairwood Shopping Center. It is within walking distance to Ridgewood Elementary and Northwood Middle schools. It has a good-sized back yard with a green belt behind it. The back yard has artificial grass for easy maintenance. Renters would be expected to maintain both front and back yard in keeping with HOA standards (will be provided). This home has heated tile floors throughout the majority of the first floor. There is carpeting in the entry and on the stairway to the second floor. Wood - like laminate flooring throughout the upstairs. There is ample storage space including coat closets, pantry, linen closets, etc. All appliances come with the rental and have been well maintained. Both the range and fireplace are gas.
