Lease terms

Tenants is responsible for utilities such as gas, electric, water, internet. Landlord pays for lawn care, trash unless you choose to pay for your own trash removal and can keep up on the lawn care. Lawn has to be watered twice a week and mowed once a week. Pets are a limit of 2 pets with deposit. Rent is $2850.00 a month plus deposit which is due the 1st of the month if not paid by the 5th day of the month then their is a fee per week added for how many days late unless arrangements were made before the payment is due. All potential tenants will have to show proof of income; will be required to list everyone who will be living in residences; guest are only allowed to stay with tenants for 48 hours unless prior arrangements are made with me.
