This thoughtfully designed studio offers a comfortable bed for two, an en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower and hair dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for entertainment. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Climate control includes air conditioning, a portable heater, and a fan, along with an iron and ironing board.
A security deposit/hold is required for the stay. For guests paying with a credit card not in their name, an additional authorization form will be necessary. Pets are welcome with a daily pet fee of $15 per pet, up to a maximum of 15 days, or a capped cost of $150 per pet for stays of 15 days or more. Up to 2 pets are allowed per booking. Service animals are welcome at no charge or hold if registered with the city. A $7.50 community safety charge applies to all guests.

Please note that you'll be staying in a historic building above a nightclub that operates Thursday through Sunday and on holidays from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM; complimentary earplugs are provided for your comfort. The building's plumbing is sensitive, and guests are kindly asked to only flush toilet paper. Parties, smoking, and drug use are not allowed. Smoking inside or within 25 feet of the premises may result in a $500 charge. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. A $100 fee per hour applies for late check-outs. Undeclared guests will incur a $150 charge per person. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid government-issued ID for verification. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.
