The studio is located above a nightclub that operates Thursday through Sunday and on holidays, typically from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, so noise can be significant; complimentary earplugs are provided. For security, ID verification is required for all bookings, and the primary booker must be 21 or older. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This historic building has sensitive plumbing; please only flush toilet paper. The building's heating can be less powerful in winter; a portable heater is provided. Parties, smoking, and drug use are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. A $100 fee per hour applies for late check-outs. A $7.50 community safety charge applies to all guests. A pre-authorization hold is required depending on stay duration. Undeclared guests will incur a $150 charge per person.
