During the winter season, the A/C is off, and a portable heater is provided for your comfort. Due to the building's historic plumbing, please only flush toilet paper. For your security, you must complete a 3-step online check-in before arrival, which includes identity verification and a refundable pre-authorization hold for incidentals. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. No parties, smoking, or drug use are strictly prohibited and will result in reservation cancellation (without refund) and responsibility for damages. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm 7:00 am. All guests must be registered with names & birth dates before arrival. A pre-authorization hold is required. There is a $7.50 safety fee per stay. Lockout/after-hours assistance has a $200 service fee.
