The property is located above a vibrant nightclub and bar, which operates from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so potential noise should be anticipated. The building's plumbing is sensitive, and only toilet paper should be flushed. Central heating is supplemented with a portable heater in winter, as central A/C is turned off seasonally. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Parties, smoking, and drug use are not allowed. Smoking inside or within 25 feet of the premises may result in a $500 charge. A $500 fine may be incurred in the event of police involvement due to disturbances. Late check-outs incur a $100 fee per hour. A $7.50 community safety charge applies. Guests must be 21 or older to book instantly; those under 21 can book with a double pre-authorization. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Names and birth dates of all guests are required before arrival. Pre-authorization holds are required for potential incidental costs, with varying amounts based on stay duration. Undeclared guests will incur a $150 charge per person. The hot tub/Jacuzzi on the property is non-functional. The host is not responsible for power, water, gas, or Internet outages.
