A dedicated workspace is also provided. The building features centralized HVAC, and a portable heater and fan are available for personal comfort. This property is pet-friendly with a daily pet fee of $15 per pet, up to a maximum of 15 days. For extended stays of 15 days or more, the cost is capped at $150 per pet. Up to 2 pets are accepted per booking. Service animals are welcome at no charge or hold if registered with the city. This is a walk-up building with no elevator, requiring climbing up to four flights of stairs. As a historic property, only toilet paper should be flushed to protect the sensitive plumbing. A small community safety charge of $7.50 applies. Parties, smoking, and drug use are not allowed. Smoking inside or within 25 feet of the premises may result in a $500 charge. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Late check-outs incur a $100 fee per hour. Guests must be 21 or older to book instantly; those under 21 can book with a double pre-authorization. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Names and birth dates of all guests are required before arrival for security and city regulations.
