For your convenience, an iron and hair dryer are also provided.
Pets are welcome for a fee of $15 per day per pet (maximum $150), with up to 2 pets allowed. Service animals are always welcome, though breed restrictions apply. Optional services include early check-in for a fee, additional maid service for $50 per cleaning, and daily towel and bedding changes for $35 per day.

This is a historic walk-up building, and access to the studio requires climbing up to four flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. Please be aware that the property is located above a vibrant nightclub and bar, typically open Thursday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, so potential for noise should be considered. During the winter season, the A/C is off, and a portable heater is provided. Due to the building's historic plumbing, please only flush toilet paper. All guests must complete a 3-step online check-in before arrival, which includes identity verification and a Community Safety Charge. No parties, smoking, or drug use are strictly prohibited and will result in reservation cancellation without refund and responsibility for damages. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Undeclared guests will incur an extra guest fee of $150. A $100 fee applies if trash is left in hallways. Lockout/after-hours assistance has a $200 service fee. Pre-authorization holds are required for potential incidental costs, varying based on the length of stay.
