This is a nicely located, three bedroom with one full bathroom, single residential home near City Park and Sheldon Lake in Fort Collins. It is also very close (walking and biking distance) to the Colorado State University campus and is just North of the commercial development known as Campus West. The entire interior went through a renovation in 2025 and into 2026. The property received a complete electrical upgrade including a new grounded service and main electrical panel. All new wires, plugs, switches and lighting bring this property up to the latest electrical code and safety. A new roof was added in December of 2025 and there has been a full refresh of the interior including bathroom and kitchen flooring. Sorry, no pets will be allowed. There was a complete painting of all bedroom walls, ceilings and storage closets. The kitchen was updated with a new (over-the-oven) hood exhaust and the kitchen included a full interior and exterior cabinet clean and paint. A new quartz countertop and new kitchen sink was installed, along with an additional base cabinet which adds more storage space. The new tile backsplash and under cabinet lighting complete a clean and modern look that set this property apart from other rentals. There is also a laundry room with waterproof flooring and a (CLEAN) washer and dryer included, ready for use. This home includes a large fenced backyard and an attached single car garage with built-in shelving. Additionally, there is a dedicated 220V circuit for a future car charging station. A new water heater was installed in 2017 and was serviced in 2026. There is no air conditioning however, there is a whole house fan that works well pulling in outside air during cooler times of the day. Lawn care will be included in the cost of rent.
