This 4 bedroom single family house (fully deleaded in 2020) sits right outside of Harvard square, on the doorstep of the main library of Cambridge with its expansive grass field as well as the War Memorial pool. The main living space is on the second floor with a large open space containing the living room, dining room, kitchen plus direct access to a balcony (an extra room in all the warm weather months!). Off this space there is a bedroom and access to a small room that can be used as an office or a young child's bedroom (which is *not* counted as 1 of the 4 listed bedrooms). Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. On the first floor is the 4th bedroom, another large room (which could also be used as a bedroom though it has no closet), and the second bathroom. There is actually a 2nd kitchen on the first floor as well (as this is a multi-family house which we are renting as a single family) with a sink, stove, and refrigerator.
