The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The house also runs on gas heat. You will appreciate that the house comes complete with a gas BBQ hook-up right out on the private patio. No need for large propane tanks. The backyard is perfect for relaxation!! Our neighborhood is pretty incredible. We have monthly meetings, look out for one another and have summer BBQ's. The home is available April 1st. We are looking for GREAT tenants that are EASY to work with who will treat this like their home with love and care. Small dogs are accepted as long as we are able to see that the dog is small in stature. A pet deposit to be determined. Must have good credit to be considered.....
