Lease terms

Minimum 12 month lease. We do a background check for evictions and criminal history. Income must be at LEAST 2.5 times the rent amount in take home pay. Applicant must be able to show proof of income. All applications are processed in order in which they are completed and received. Yes, we may accept Section 8 / Housing Choice Vouchers. We consider a variety of factors, including household income, estimated living expenses, and credit history in our application review process. Application does not guarantee a lease. Renter pays all utilities and a $200 Water Deposit is required. Tenant responsible for all Utilities. Gas, Electric and Water Security Deposit and First Month Rent Due at lease signing. Deposit is the same as one month's rent.
