Enjoy some of the best sunrises and sunsets from this duplex in Wildernest.… Only three minutes up the hill from Lowes this three bedroom, two and a half bathroom duplex offers excellent living near hiking and mountain biking trails, is close to town, and is in a great neighborhood. Natural light fills the home and views are to the west (Buffalo Mtn), north (Ptarmigan Mountain), and east (Continental Divide). Top Floor: Massive primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which is by far the best room in the house. Double sink, oval bathtub beneath picture window, shower, and makeup counter with views looking at Buffalo Mountain. Small landing on the top level is a great space for a desk. Middle Floor: Entry with closet, bench, and good storage. Kitchen, dining and living area are open concept. Half bath is great for guests and kitchen has large pantry. Ground Level: Second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom. In unit laundry with a new washing machine. One car garage with work bench and lots of storage. It is hard to pull a vehicle in due to the angle. Plenty of parking and room for a smaller trailer. Trailers must be parked behind the front plane of the house due to Buffalo Mountain Metro District rules. Owners will allow one to two dogs, pending approval upon interview. Requires $350 deposit per dog. Small yard in the back and a large deck on the second level. Owners ask that stairs are kept free of snow during the winter. There is a wood burning stove in the middle level. For heating needs it is recommended to use the wood burning fireplace in addition to minimal electric baseboard heat on the lower level. Owners pay water and sewer. Renters are responsible for electric, internet, trash, snow removal, and general upkeep of the property.
