Household supplies First Aid Kit,Emergency Batteries ,Trash bags,Cleaning supplies,Laundry detergent,Condiments in the fridge,Bathroom Essentials 4. Are there any rules related to guests? Guests are allowed, but check with owner for overall plans. Use of the deck and patio for guests is allowed, but pre-coordinate use with owner to avoid conflicts. 5. Kitchen Full kitchen available for shared use 6. Appliances Guidance on how to use all appliances available when renting 7. Garbage Garbage is collected locally at the house and taken to the landfill by the owner 8. Parking Extensive parking areas available on the driveway and surrounding area. 9.
