This is a furnished queen bedroom which shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with an adjoining room shared with a female graduate student. The room has a picturesque view of the front yard with a pond and farm scene in a very peaceful country setting within a nice neighborhood community. My husband and I live in the property in the master bedroom. The monthly price includes utilities and shared use of the laundry, kitchen, main home living, and outdoor patio & deck areas. It is available to rent to a FEMALE Christian-friendly tenant for a minimum three month stay. Single occupancy with no pets or smoking. We live on eleven acres off of Apple Pie Ridge in Winchester, Virginia and are close to Martinsburg, WV. We're in close working proximity to Shenandoah University, Winchester Medical Center, and the Martinsburg Medical Center and VA hospital.
