There is a high-efficiency 4-zone mini-split AC/heat system, Energy Star windows, and an additional whole-house gas heater. The laundry room has hookups for a gas or electric dryer. The property is located in the Hurricane Elementary School district, with the school bus stop just a few houses away. The house in the back, behind a privacy fence, is occupied by the property owners. House-trained, spayed pets are accepted (rent $50-$80/month and an additional refundable security deposit is required; no aggressive dogs, and no dogs less than 1 year old). The tenant pays for all utilities (electricity, gas, water/sewage/trash) and is responsible for landscaping. The refundable security deposit is $2000.
