Renter pays all utilities/ there's a 150 pet deposit and 40$ a month pet charge . No smoking , no loud music , no unregistered non running cars parked on property. No drug activity , no sublet, all adult guest living the home must listed on the lease . Lawn must be maintained bi weekly or landlord will maintain lawn for additional fee that will be added to the rent .
