This property is offered on a flexible month-to-month rental agreement, requiring a standard 30-day written notice from either party to terminate the tenancy. Move-in costs include a fully refundable security deposit of $1,375 (equal to one month's rent), plus the first month's rent and flat utility fee, which will both be prorated based on your exact move-in date. There is no upfront last month's rent requirement. A fixed, flat-rate utility fee of $92.00 per month is due concurrently with rent to cover the tenant's 50% shared baseline of City of La Grande water/sewer and Waste-Pro trash services. All other utilities including electricity, natural gas, and cable/internet are the independent responsibility of the tenant. To maintain a clean and healthy environment, there is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking or vaping any nicotine products anywhere inside the unit or on the property premises. One mature cat is welcome with an additional $150 refundable pet deposit.
