STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

Down the hall the first guest bedroom makes wonderful accommodations for youngsters as it is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed and smart tv. There is an additional twin size trundle bed that stows away below the full bed for additional occupants. Across the hall there is a full bathroom that shares jack and jill access to the adjoining king guest room. The king guest room is comfortably furnished and offers a closet as well as a smart tv for your guest's comfort. A third guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has access to a private ensuite bathroom. At the end of the hall, you will find the primary suite. Furnished with a lush king-sized bed, this suite includes a large bathroom complete with dual vanities, a private water closet, walk in shower, and large garden tub. The primary bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace and has access to a private balcony.
