Lease terms

Owner pays cost for security alarm, lawn care and pest control. Owner retains sole right to access and use the on-site storage shed. Owner and neighbors reserve right-of-way to park / turn around in the driveway to check the roadside mailboxes. Tenant must obtain renter's insurance to cover their possessions and any damages to the home caused by Tenant and/or their guests. Tenant must include cost for two (2) exterior security lights in their electric billing (approx. $20/month); and use the security system at all times. Tenant may not make any changes/additions to the property without prior written approval. Tenant will have a one-time administrative fee, a one-time pet fee (if applicable), and a monthly pet fee (if applicable). Rent is due on the 14th of the month. An additional late fee of 10% of the rent is due and payable if rent is paid after the 19th of the month. (Due dates will be modified to reflect move-in date.) The lease term will be 12 months for qualified tenants. A longer lease term is also available.
