Potential applicants must schedule a showing of the available property before applying to rent a unit. If, after seeing the apartment, you would like to apply, we will send you an invitation to apply through email. You must also provide the office with 3 months of paystubs to verify your income, to ensure you meet the requirements. Once our office receives the verification of information, we will review your application, including credit and background checks, to determine your eligibility. No more than 3 collections on your credit report No bankruptcies or evictions within the last 5 years Pet Policy Apartments/Homes: Many of our rental units are pet friendly! We have a few restrictions on the breeds of dogs that are allowed, and there is an additional security deposit and monthly rent required: There is a 50% increase in the security deposit, which must be paid before the pet moves in. There is a $25.00 per month fee per pet for the first two pets, and a $50.00 per month fee for a third.
