There are grocery and hardware stores, restaurants (best Pizza in Santa Barbara and fantastic Mexican food) within a 5 minute walk and the bike path is located 1 block away. and is a 1/2 mile walk to gorgeous Elings park, Douglas reserve and close proximity to Handry's Beach. There is a carport with parking for two vehicles and street parking is almost always available right in front or on the side of the home.
