Parking is available with a permit required at all times to avoid towing. A starter kit of supplies is provided. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not included. The building operates a centralized HVAC system, with heating available from October 13 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and provide a valid government-issued ID for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late check-out may be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability, for a fee of $50, with the latest possible check-out at 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in an excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. A damage waiver fee covers unintentional damage up to $300 per stay, provided it is reported during your stay. Intentional damage, misuse, parties, smoking indoors, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft, unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage are not covered. Lost FOB or access cards incur a $250 fee, and lost parking tags range from $200$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine. The pool is not available for this season. This apartment is well-suited for remote work, offering a comfortable living area and essential conveniences for a productive stay.
