The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to cook your favorite meals with ease, and the in-unit washer and dryer provide the convenience of doing laundry right at home for a worry-free stay. Parking is available in your designated space, and a permit must be displayed to avoid towing. A starter kit of supplies is provided. This apartment offers easy access to Washington, D.C., with the National Mall, the White House, the Capitol, and Georgetown just minutes away. It's a short 3-block stroll to the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, connecting you to all of D.C.'s landmarks, museums, and attractions. You're also steps from The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City and nearby boutiques for shopping and entertainment, and surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood with diverse restaurants, cafes, and bars. Convenient travel is assured with quick access to Reagan National Airport and major highways. Located in National Landing, a lively area combining modern urban living with easy access to cultural and recreational attractions. Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating in full operation from October 13 to May 1 and AC in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and provide a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability with a fee of $50, with the latest possible check-out at 12:00 PM. Late check-out cannot be granted if another guest is checking in the same day, and unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay, covering unintentional damage to items inside the unit (up to $300 per stay). Intentional damage or misuse (e.g., parties, smoking indoors), violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage are not covered. Additional charges include a $250 fee for a lost FOB or access card, and $200$300 for a lost parking tag. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and an unauthorized party incurs a $300 fine. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This apartment is well-suited for remote work, offering a comfortable space to set up your workstation.
