Parking is available with a parking permit required to be displayed on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Vehicles parked improperly or in unauthorized spaces are subject to towing at the guest's expense. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Basic personal care and cooking essentials are provided for the first night of your stay. Enjoy prime location and easy connectivity with just one stop to Reagan National Airport and a 3-block walk to Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, providing seamless access to the entire D.C. metro area. The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating from October 13 to May 1, and Air Conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and a valid government-issued ID for each guest is required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50, with the latest possible check-out at 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. Intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage are not covered. Additional charges include a $250 fee for a lost FOB or access card, and a $200$300 fine for a lost parking tag. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine.
