The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating: October 13 May 1, Air Conditioning: May 15 October 1. During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and provide a valid government-issued ID for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50, with the latest possible check-out at 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Please do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. A damage waiver fee covers unintentional damage up to $300 per stay, provided it is reported during your stay.
