Additionally, no animals or pets of any kind are allowed on the premises at any time, either temporarily or permanently, without prior written consent from management. Tenants must NOT allow guests to smoke or bring any animals in the home at any time. Renters Insurance Requirement Each tenant must obtain and maintain a current renters insurance policy for the duration of their lease. Proof of insurance must be provided before move-in and updated upon each renewal or change of policy. Additional Insured: Tenants are required to list Jenny's Genes, LLC as an additional insured party on their renters insurance policy. Documentation of this inclusion must be furnished to management as part of the proof of insurance. Valid renters insurance is required throughout the tenancy.
