During any maintenance attendant is allowed to be home if possible and accommodation for that is attempted.

This rental home has been repainted and has interesting cabinet and fireplace colors that make it very unique as well as a dark laminate wood… flooring. The bathroom is like a spa with a cedar ceiling which is matched again on a wall outside the bathroom. Washer and dryer provided. Private wooded area behind with a balcony coming off the master bedroom. Lots of nature sounds with many birds and lots of greenery around the property such as blooming crepe myrtles and blooming azaleas and two include Jasmine ground cover. Very pleasant walk to lake Pontchartrain three different ways. Nice white marbly kitchen countertops. Guest bathroom right across from the entry door. Great room concept provides open space with view across a served through bar to the kitchen. This is a condo association with owners and tenants living together. Very peaceful and quiet friendly but not intrusive. Very close to restaurants at Starbucks workout facility and two gas stations. Quick drive to the Mandeville trailhead with free concerts in season and Saturday markets every week.
