Lease terms

Available 11/10/2026 - 05/25/2027 (or any dates in between) 3 - 6 months lease preferred but all inquiries are welcome. Furnished Monthly Vacation Rental (30 night minimum), Month-to-Month or longer-term lease options available. Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. 12 Month Lease will be considered starting 11/10/2026 - for 1 year. Security Deposit: 1-3 months $1000 4-6 months $1500 7-9 months $2000 10-11 months $2500 12 months - one months rent This property does not allow renters to bring pets. Please talk to us if you have one, as we will consider all pets. Utilities included (capped). DirecTV and WI-FI included. 12 Month renters will put all utilities and Wi-Fi in their name. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and one time $325 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. This means when you move out you just do dishes and take out trash and recycle & we will handle the rest. Longer stays will require the security deposit be increased. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
