All showing requests subject to a pre-verification of self stated total household annual income, credit and employment. Credit score minimum of 690. Deposits and Payments: First Month Rent and One Month Broker Fee to Apply Last Month Rent and Security Deposit After Approval (Last Month May Be Waived with Credit above 750, Good Credit History, Strong Income Support - 35% or less Rent:Income ratio and 2 references) Tenants pay all separately metered utilities including Heat and Electricity. Internet service provider is Comcast Tenants must agree to follow all condo rules & regulations Note that during snow removal days someone is usually required to move the car for the snowplow. There is no additional parking provided. Only one parking space is guaranteed on the lease. However, owner is on the wait list to receive a second parking space from the management. If and once available, it will be provided to the tenant and included in the rent. Vistior spaces are available but should not be used for more than two consecutive nights.
