PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A YEARLY LONG TERM RENTAL!! This cute little cottage is located almost at the end of Bailey Island. With a beautiful deck you are able to sit outside and watch the wonderful Atlantic tide come in and out. Watch as the lobstermen in and out of the cove. There is rocky shorefront access just a short walk from the cottage. When entering the house you will walk right into the quaint, well equipped, kitchen which is perfect for cooking any meal. Moving past the kitchen you will see the living area which has sliding glass doors that lead out onto the deck, perfect for relaxing. Off of the living area there is one bedroom which comes with one queen and one twin size bed, as well as a cute little inside porch area. A washer and dryer are located in the cellar which you access from the bulkhead outside. * Please note the fireplace is not available for rental use. **Showings are scheduled for approved applications only.
