Lease term is for 1 year (12 months) or 2 year (twenty four (24) months lease. Monthly rent is due on (or before) the 1st day of each month A late fee of 10% of periodic rent will be assessed if rent is paid after the 5th day at 5:00 pm. Tenant/Lessee is required to have a renter's policy during the lease term. Lessee is to maintain the grass/yard and keep and maintain the home in good order and repair Tenant/Lessee is required to establish all utilities into their name - effective the date of the Lease. Utilities for this home is Gas, Water, Wastewater, Recycling, Solid Waste and Electricity. Absolutely no animals/pets of any kind are allowed on the property without prior written consent from the owner. If you desire the owner to consider a small animal/pet, you must submit a photo along with species information with the rental application. A Non-refundable animals/pets fee and monthly animals/pets rent may be applicable. Even persons with ESA animals must sign an Animal/pet addendum and consent to have the animal on the premises. You must be able to produce their shot records, breed information, a photo of the animal and their license etc. SUBSIDY AND VOUCHER INFORMATION - If you have a voucher, subsidy payment provider, payment assistance - provide a copy of the current Voucher and/or letter from subsidy assistance provider.
