The lease is for a period of 1-year. Longer terms can be negotiated if desired. No smoking / vaping anywhere on the property Pets are possibly acceptable but must be discussed and agreed upon. Renter responsible for utilities (water/sewer/electric). The landlord will pay all HOA fees. Rental insurance must be purchased and the declarations page provided to the landlord prior to the renter receiving access to the property. No exceptions. Occupancy of the building is limited to the person on the lease. Overnight stays of guests is limited to three consecutive nights. Here are some points to include: Pets have been approved in the past and are allowed on a case by case basis. Typically, one dog under 50 pounds, or a single cat are acceptable. The photos I am posting are from the previous listing (pre current renovation) but will give perspective. I will update the photos as soon as the last crew has finished and the renovation complete.
