No smoking is allowed in the house; smoking must be done outside in the driveway with all doors and windows closed. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a charge of at least $2,500 for smoke remediation. No pets of any kind are allowed due to extreme allergies; pet dander remediation starts at $3,500. No events or parties are allowed. Guests not on the reservation must be cleared in writing prior to entering the property; unauthorized guests will result in termination of the reservation without refund and a $250 fine per guest per night over the amount shown on the reservation. No gatherings or parties are permitted. Absolutely no shoes are allowed in the house; repairs to the hardwood floors due to shoe damage start at around $2,500. No glitter in the house will result in an extra cleaning charge of $500-$3,500. Please do not cook any food with a scent that will outlast your stay (Curry, Fish, Garlic); odor remediation starts at $1,500. Please do not park on the street. Guests must wash, dry, and put away all dishes before checking out. Tampering with security devices, such as video doorbells and security cameras, is a violation of the rental agreement and will result in cancellation without refund. Self-check-in is available via keypad smart lock.
