THE COTTAGE:
The Cottage serves as the heart of Timber & Tide and includes an inviting living room beneath warm wood beams, full kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, private king bedroom, full bathroom, sleeper sofa and outdoor deck.
THE STUDIO:
The Studio provides a second private living environment with its own full kitchen, queen sleeping area, bathroom, living space and private entrance.
An interior connecting door allows the two residences to function as one larger home while maintaining the ability to separate the spaces when desired.
Together, The Full Retreat provides two kitchens, two bathrooms, two living spaces, a king bed, queen bed, sleeper sofa, multiple work areas, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking and outdoor space.
This is an especially comfortable arrangement for an extended stay. Have dinner together upstairs, maintain separate morning routines, work remotely without competing for the same room, or give family members their own private space while still living under one roof.
When The Full Retreat is leased, the entire property is exclusively yours. No other renters will occupy either residence during your stay.
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED: Electricity, gas, water/sewer, trash and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent.
Timber & Tide is surrounded by mature trees in a peaceful setting convenient to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas, Lake Michigan beaches, restaurants, galleries, shops and trails.
