The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave with a center island for storage. There is room for parking a car on the side as well as a back patio to store your beach gear and bikes. The apartment is furnished with a sectional sofa, 2 bedrooms with a twin bed in each and a larger bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a stall shower and the washer and dryer. It has window air conditioning units and tenants must for their own cable/internet. There is a non refundable application fee for each adult and upon approval a $1400 security deposit is due. The total cost of $14,000 must be paid within one week of approval then on the lease start date the tenant will receive their keys.
