Centrally located in Brighton's Oak Square, the apartment has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, modern appliances, spacious basement storage, a front AND rear deck, and dedicated parking included. Shared spaces are furnished, but have plenty of available space/storage for added furniture. Pets are negotiable, subject to landlord approval!
